We have a big week as we prepare for Saturday’s 32nd Annual Baldwin Park Field Tournament! This is a huge undertaking with 22 bands – and we need all hands on deck to make this a success. If you have not signed up for a shift, please do so at the link below:

Please make sure you’ve turned in your field show donation by section. Please make sure you get the exact brand and size/ounces listed. DONATION DEADLINE IS WEDNESDAY AT THE END OF PRACTICE.  BOOSTERS WILL BE IN THE PARKING LOT COLLECTING DONATIONS STARTING AT 7:45PM.  If you would prefer to donate $25 cash, that will allow us to purchase anything we do not have enough of.

SCHEDULE FOR THE DAY OF THE FIELD SHOW

​We will be setting up for the field tournament from 8:00AM-11:30AM. Bands start arriving as early as 11:00AM, gates open at 12:00PM, concessions opens at 12:30PM and the first band performs at 1:20PM. We will need all students immediately following awards to help with clean up.
